Q. When I am on the
Internet I often see information on the screen that I want to save. I
know I can print the screen but I want the text in editable form. How
can I do that?
A. You can save on screen text with the following key strokes:
Ctrl A to highlight the text, then Ctrl C to copy
it to Notepad, then open WORD, then Ctrl V to copy it from Notepad to
WORD. This copies text only. Any images will not be copied.

Editor's Note
If you don't have WORD or wish to use another word
processor then, in a separate directory, save the file from Notepad as a
text (txt) file. Then open your word processor and import the saved
text file from that directory.
