Reaching Out Broadcast on TOGGLE Website
   As we told you last month, throughout February 2004, Comcast's local interest/public service outlet in Tacoma, Channel 76, broadcast a video clip showing an interview with Bob Thomson, Ray Mills and Bob Henkel. discussing our computer User group. For those of you who without access to Comcast's Channel 76, or who otherwise missed the broadcast, Ray Mills has placed a link to a tape of it on our website's home page, www.toggle.org Click on Reaching Out Broadcast and click on FULL for the half-hour broadcast showing Tacoma Astronomical Society's 15-minute session followed by ours, what host Tom Jones calls Toggle.Org!, or select each 15-minute segment
separately by clicking on TAS or TOGGLE. The screen size is small but viewable--it may remind you old timers of the Osborne 1, our first love!

Raincoast Planning
   Planning for the Raincoast Computer Group Conference, to be held at Tacoma's La Quinta Inn next October, got underway at the Auburn Supermall on February 29th. Members of Tacoma Open Group who attended the meeting will report on the proceedings and may ask some of you to participate as helpers to make the meeting a successful one.We have already set aside some funding in our Treasury to support this effort.
