Sticky Keys
by Valerie Ryan
Tired of stretching your hands across the keyboard to reach those keyboard shortcuts, such as CTRL-Alt-Del? Turn on the StickyKeys accessibility option, and you can press these same combos one key at a time.

Open the Control Panel to the classic view and open Accessibility Options [Wheelchair Icon -ed] (or from the Categories view, open Accessibility Options under "pick a Control Panel icon "). On the Keyboard tab, select use StickyKeys, then click OK. Look in the notifications area of you taskbar, and you'll see some black boxes to indicate that StickyKeys are on.
Now [run a] test of StickyKeys to see if you like It. Using one finger, press the Ctrl key, then Alt, then Del. Up pops the Task Manager (press Alt-F4 to close it.)

You can turn StickyKeys off at any time by pressing Shift five times. To turn it back on press Shift five then press Enter.
