Renaming Registered Owner in Windows

Choose Start/Run, type in REGEDIT and click OK.This will run the Windows Registry Editor. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ Current Version by clicking on the + signs beside these entries.	Find RegisteredOwner (one word) in the list and change (rename) the entry in the data field between the quote marks. The RegisteredOrganization (also one word) may also be changed as desired.
