UPDATE
Resolve to Clean Up Your Act
The first two articles in the Beginner's section, this month, were written around New Year's--a time of year when we get religion and vow to improve our behavior. But the advice given is good and applies throughout the year, so reiterating New Year's resolutions at mid-year seems appropriate. The third article written before Christmas also applies year-round.

Meeting Room Changes To Continue This Month
The library has been repainted and is again available for meetings, however... because we meet in a Public Library and everyone must have a fair chance at its facilities. That means we cannot reserve the meeting room for the same night of the month (like the second Monday) in perpetuity, or even for more than a few months ahead. As a result, we must be vigilant and timely to get our name in for the night we want--or someone else may get "our spot". That is what happened to our June meeting. When we applied for
the June meeting night. it was already taken. So we have had to re-schedule our meeting night in June to the Second TUESDAY at the Pierce County Library Processing and Administration Center, at the corner of Waller Road and 112th, where we met last month at the May meeting. We will be back to our usual night, (second Monday) and meeting place (Parkland/ Spanaway Library) in July 2001--God willin' and the dam don't break!
