If you are using Windows 98 you have an easy way to check on the status of your hardware.     · left click on the Start button     · Left click on Run     · In the Open box type hwinfo /ui (Note the space between the o and the /)	· Left click OK     · Click on the View menu and try different options. For instance, [if you] check the Resource Summary this tool will tell you if you have any free IRQs. You can also save the text and mail it to your tech support person.
